On April 17th and 18th, 2017 Corpus Christi Church organized a "Summer Camp" for children of Class 5 to X in the Carmel CBSE School Hall from 8.45 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.  Br. Melwyn D’Souza and Deacon Ritesh Rosario conducted the camp with Catechism teachers and Sisters.

Rev. Sr. Naveena A.C., Superior of Carmel Convent inaugurated the camp by bursting a balloon with confetti’s and giving an inauguration speech to the children. 82 children took part in the camp.  V. Children were given chance to know each other, to show their talents, indoor outdoor games and how to pray.

Children were given snacks and drinks during breaks and lunch at noon.

It was a good opportunity to the Parish children to meet and get to know each other and bring out their talents for the service of others. Thanks to, parents for sending their children to the camp.  Children spoke out and said they liked the camp and would take part in such camps in future.

We wish the children all the best and promise to arrange more camps to their development.

Thanks to all who contributed to organise the camp.
