Sunday 10th September 2017: Velankani Ward families celebrated their Ward Feast at the residence of Steven and Presilla Dsouza from 3.00 p.m. onwards. About 60 members were present. Games were conducted to all present. After prayers some entertainment was orgnaised by singing songs, song skit and a jackpot draw.
Parish Priest V. Rev. Fr. Paul Sequeira, VP - John Menezes, Secretary – Ronald Serrao, Carmel Convent Sisters, Ward Gurkars were the guests. All shared “Noven” in “vorn” and snacks & drinks showing the unity of the ward families.
