Sunday 12th October: Ruzai Ward celebrated their "Ward Fest" today at the residence of Harry & Winnie Pinto in the evening at 5.00 P.M. Ward families, other ward Gurkars, Vice President, Secretary and Parish Priest V. Rev. Fr. Austin Peter Peres were present.
Function started with prayers, Annual minutes of meetings, games, self introduction by all present. Quiz was conducted and winners were given present. Gurkarn of the ward Mrs. Mary D'Souza thanked and appreciated the love and co-operation of the families. Fr. Austin in his speech highlighted the need of the ward fest and ward Jamath. The families meeting, sharing their happiness, sadness, worries with each other bring them close to each other. Function ended with dinner prepared by the families.
May we learn to love each other as Jesus has asked us. On Sunday 19th October Ruzai ward celebrated the thanksgiving mass at 7.30 a.m.
